WELCOME TO GACPT
If you are a new owner to GACPT, you should be able to find answers to many questions you may have about the trust and its operations on this website.If you are a current owner, this site should help you stay abreast of the rules and regulations for the use of our properties and any recent developments for the trust.
BEACH INFORMATION
Any GACPT member wishing to have a large group at the beach, defined as a group of 15 or more family members or friends, should call one of the trustees at least two weeks in advance to reserve the date and to provide the name of the person who will responsible for the group.
GACPT MOORINGS
GACPT operates a mooring field along side our beach which contains 42 moorings, the maximum currently permitted by the State of NH. Each mooring is assigned on a first come, first served basis and may be used each successive year until surrendered
Lake Winnipesaukee
Lake Winnipesaukee is the largest lake in the U.S. state of New Hampshire. It is approximately 21 miles long and from 1 to 9 miles wide, covering 69 square miles —71 square miles when Paugus Bay is included—with a maximum depth of 212 feet.
